I am a traffic engineer for the City of Campbell River, BC. We are a small town (population 37,000) on the beautiful west coast of Canada. We currently have a very car-focused population, but are slowly working to build more walking, cycling and transit infrastructure. ZEV will assist with our goals in the OCP and MTP to reduce carbon emissions.
